Reliable source for wood furniture

After seven years as a supplier for many Jepara Furniture Exporter, on January 2002 we've decide to export our products directly from our factory. Expanding our capabilities to produce multiple line of furniture using teak wood, mahogany and softwood with almost 800 items categories (Excluding Custom design furniture ). Backup by 50 traditional furniture carpenters, using traditional kiln dry to meet required moisturize content, we produce our handmade furniture in high quality. our maximum capacity is 5 x 40 feet container indoor furniture and 4 x 40 feet outdoor furniture monthly.

TERM PAYMENT

Telegrafic Transfer ( T / T ):
1. Only applicant for Full Container Loads of minimum 20 pieces.
2. No minimum order on quantity on each item.
3. Please fax a copy of the applicant before issuing it to check with the bank and shipping lines for term that may cause, problem in compliance to avoid unnecessary later costly amendments.
4. Indovictoria Furniture a direct down payment on presenting the order, to start the manufacture of the full container load orders, amounting to 50% of the total invoice or total sales contract, and Down Payment ( DP ) can't be refund if cancellation order by one customer/buyer.
5. The balance payment 50% is paid by the T/T ( transferred after received copy of complete document ) or L/C.

ORDER SYSTEM :
Full Container Loading ( FCL )
A. Container 20FT
This option provides approximately 28 to 32 cubic meters of space, or about 60 pieces of furniture, depending on size.

B. Container 40FT
This option provides approximately 60 to 64 cubic meters of space, or about 120 pieces of furniture, depending on size.

C. Container 40HC
This option provides approximately 75 cubic meters of space, or about 150 pieces of furniture, depending on size.

Packing System
We usually use the corrugated paper or single-face paper.
We also use foam but it will raise additional cost.

Delivery Time
• 1x20FT container, delivery time is 6 weeks or maximum 7 weeks after signing the contract and the 50% down payment or after we received the L/C.
• 1x40FT / HC container, delivery time is 7 weeks or maximum 8 weeks after signing the contract and the 50% down payment or after we received the L/C.

Complains or Claims
Any complain must be with the evidence, such as photographs. We need 3 photographs ( it takes from front-side, side and back-side. Especially for chair, we also need the leg's photograph ) for each complained units.
We realize that complain could be arise because of the raw material is not good enough or the employee's negligence when takes the goods out from the container.
We will replace the complained furniture on next shipment.
